The TruFlat® Laser Starter Pack is guaranteed-flat, pre-finished plywood designed specifically for laser cutting and engraving.
Each sheet is pressed onto a stable, defect-free core to prevent warping, twisting, or lifting, reducing setup time, masking, sanding, and prep so you get clean, consistent results with less effort.
TruFlat® features engineered designer faces pressed onto a defect-free MDF core made from 100% recycled wood fiber. Each sheet is pre-finished on both sides with a clear acrylic finish: no masking, no sanding, faster cleanup and production.
Yes. TruFlat® is commonly used with CO₂ laser cutters, diode lasers (including 20W), Glowforge machines, CNC routers, and scroll saws. Most users can place TruFlat® directly on the bed and cut, no taping or hold-downs required.
