Terms and Conditions

Open to the first 250 eligible submissions who fill out the online form including all settings and photos requested. 

One submission and one $20 USD credit per person.

Submission must include a photo of a project made using TruFlat Natural Series.

Submission must include the laser cut and/or engrave settings used to make the project.

Settings should include relevant information such as laser power, speed, passes, frequency/LPI, and air assist, where applicable.

The $20 USD credit will be applied to the customer's next TruFlat order.

Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

Credit cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Submissions that are incomplete, illegible, or do not include both a qualifying project photo and settings may not qualify.

By submitting a photo, you give TruFlat permission to share the submitted project photo and laser settings on TruFlat's website and social media, with credit to the submitter where appropriate.

TruFlat reserves the right to determine whether a submission meets the requirements.

Offer is subject to availability and ends once 250 qualifying submissions have been received.
